杏鮑菇4朵、
薑5片、
紅蘿蔔小段、
燈籠椒適量。
調位料：
茶籽油1大匙，
梅子漿2大匙，
黑醬油1茶匙，
花菇鮮素少許。
做 法：
杏鮑菇煎z至金黃色備用，下油入鍋爆薑，
紅蘿蔔，燈籠椒炒香加入杏鮑菇。
將調位料加入悶至收汁。
